Complete!

:bulletblue: Name: Victor
:bulletblue: Nicknames: "Vector", "Vic", "Vec", "Vicky" (only by Lyla)
:bulletblue: Height: 6' 3"
:bulletblue: Weight: 142 lbs
:bulletblue: Age: 66 yrs
:bulletblue: Personality: Victor is extremely deadpan most of the time. He doesn't have full control of his facial muscles, so whatever emotions he does feel don't really show on his face. For the most part, people describe him as nice but kind of simple, as he gets easily distracted some times and oft has the mentality of a ten-year-old rather than a 70-year-old creature in a 19-year-old body. While he obeys orders only from Lyla, Victor is pretty gullible and will do things for people that don't seem to pose a threat to him or offend his simple moral standard. Extremely loyal and fearless, he lives to serve and make people happy. A protector.

:bulletblue: History: When she was seven and parentless, Lyla made Victor one night from his preserved body parts in her dad's office, and all of her math papers from her school bag. Since that moment, he was her guardian, her big brother, and her friend. He helped her to manage her dad's business, took care of her, and kept Child Services at bay. Vic remembers bits and pieces of his life as a 19-year-old before his accident, family memories and personal things, but they're distant, like someone else's memories.

:bulletblue: Abilities: INK. Victor's body is made almost entirely of ink and paper. His skin feels like smooth parchment, and is pretty easily cut. The vectors formed from his ink can cover and bind any of his "cuts" or injuries, allowing him to seal them in a relatively short amount of time if he concentrates. Vic could even lose an arm and the vectors could reattach it. The magic scroll in his mouth animates his entire body, so feasibly he could lose a limb and still control it if he concentrated on the task completely. The ink has no nerve endings, so the only places he would feel "pain" would be his head and hands. If he's fatigued or unable to focus, the ink bleeds out like a liquid. He'll pass into a coma until he gets more ink or Lyla is able to revive him. Technically is unable to die unless his scroll is destroyed. **a mob boss once cut his head off and kept it for a week until Lyla rescued him. Victor was extremely bored**

:bulletblue: Fighting Style/ Weapons: Traveling around the world with Lyla, Victor has learned many fighting techniques from varying countries. He tries to focus on incapacitation and debilitation, instead of lethality. His favorite are eskrima and persai diri:
Eskrima- Philippine weapon fighting. Focused on sticks or blades, the weapon is a natural extension of the arms, and fighters are taught to fight with their arms independent of one another. Very good for fighting single or multiple opponents. Victor uses his vectors like sticks for swift, non-lethal strikes or as swords for more devastating cutting attacks.
Perisai Diri- Indonesian fighting style, literally the "Shield of Oneself." Victor uses a bastardization of the Egret Form, which focuses on using the hands, elbows and feet in swift jabbing attacks to joints and soft vital areas. Very good for close quarters and fighting off multiple opponents.
:bulletblue: Strengths:
Strength- Much stronger than a normal human man. Can lift/carry/throw four times his body weight with ease.
Determined- more of an offset of his golem nature. When victor is set with a task or something he wants to do, he does it. ALWAYS. He will never give up until instructed otherwise, and can be very inventive if he doesn't at first succeed.
Smart- Being made of math homework can have its advantages. Math is the one thing Vic studies avidly, and as such he has an acute understanding of geometry and the maths of physics.
Flexible- Victor's entire body except for his hands and head is made of ink. His brain's memory of being human and the magic that keeps him alive is what gives him a roughly human structure, but he is still much more flexible than your average Olympic gymnast.
:bulletblue: Weaknesses:
The scroll- This magic little piece of paper is what brings Victor to life. It has "truth" written on it in Hebrew, and Lyla's name. The scroll stays in his mouth, usually under his tongue or something. If the scroll is destroyed, he is compelled to return to his master, falling apart as he does so.
Water- Victor won't start bleeding ink everywhere if he gets wet, but he is kind of smudgy and weaker if caught in the rain or soaked in water. He'll keep his vectors in, because those DO start to lose ink if wet. Think soggy newspaper. His strength diminishes to normal human strength when wet.
Gullible- Extremely. Usually doesn't have the processing power to think that people might be tricking him.
:bulletblue: Random:
-VICTOR IS MUTE (EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)
-Whenever he does try to speak, it faintly sounds like rustling papers
-His favorite color is red
-Vic is ambidextrous
-He can read fairly well, but his writing is atrocious
-Dogs, cats, and other animals naturally like him, and he loves them too
-Can eat normal food, but he prefers it smothered in ink.
:bulletblue: Relationship with Partner: Lyla is Vic's everything. From the moment she made him, he loved her. Her's is the word of god to him, and she takes priority over everything else in his life.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

:bulletpurple: Name: Lyla Barrows
:bulletyellow: Nicknames: Lill, Lady Lyla, Old Lady Lyla, Granny
:bulletpurple: Height: 4'6"
:bulletyellow: Weight: 118 lbs
:bulletpurple: Age: 72 yrs
:bulletyellow: Personality: Lyla is that cooky old grandma type, sharp as a tack and not afraid to show it. She is loud and friendly enough, but since her husband's death 15 years ago, she's a bit quieter and pensive. Spending her life in a very long and magical career, Lyla believes in honesty, integrity, and the balance of nature. She enjoys helping people, but more often than not she helps in the way that they need rather than what they want. Sure she might seem a little abrasive, but she's sincere and honestly cares about people and life. Lyla strives to never use her powers for grievous harm or ill intent (what goes around comes around, after all...)

:bulletpurple: History: Lyla's father was a maester of magic and mythology, and ran a business in consultation and fixing problems here and there. He was the one given Victor's remains after the boy's accident, but as he told the boy's parents, all things die and pass on. The parents never came back for the remains, so Mr. Barrows simply kept them in a large jar in his office, which Lyla spent hours in as a little girl talking to the handsome dismembered head. Her father died of an untimely heart attack, leaving Lyla alone and without any family. Terrified that someone would come and take her away from her home, Lyla whipped up a golem using a spell from one of her dad's books, her math homework, and her only friend at the time: Victor's body parts. Since then, he has been everything from her brother to her best friend, even a love interest at one time (albeit one-sided). Lyla's traveled all over the world, and even all over other worlds occasionally, and spends most of her time now at home in her small town with Victor.

:bulletyellow: Abilities: MAGIC. Lyla is a master mage, just like her father. Her forte is the elements, energy, and the magics of the material world, like wind and water, steel and ink, light and electricity. She can easily transmute one to the other, or control one like a lion tamer tames lions, given that the change is feasible and won't upset the balance of nature too much. But beyond that, Lyla knows much more. Her book as lessons on all kinds of magic, both known and unknown, well practiced and completely new. Asides from that, Lyla has a few other skills. She can speak multiple languages, several human ones and quite a few alien. Also a very shrewd business women; Lyla can haggle with the best of them, and is very keen on the quality of materials.

:bulletpurple: Fighting Style/ Weapons: Lyla's is the support/saboteur role. Her magic isn't meant to harm directly, but rather suited to tiring them out until Vector can get them or she can trap them magically. Flocks of birds, changing the ground to quick sand, blinding you with sparkles, all are possible techniques used to tire or distract her opponents. Physical fighting is the same, with Lyla more concerned with forcing her opponents to tire themselves out trying to get at her rather than actually fighting back. Guerrilla tactics are her specialty, though she's not above going mano-e-mano with her trusty staff as her weapon, bonking heads and rapping shins here and there to restore order and justice.

:bulletyellow: Strengths:
Magically healthy- One of the good side effects of being around the arcane all the time. Lyla's muscles and organs are at the peak physical condition possible for a female human, and she uses this to her advantage. She can perform some pretty crazy gymnastics, and her physical stamina allows her to keep going for hours without stopping.
Knowledge- Studying magic for 60+ years, Lyla has a pretty good grasp on all aspects of life's problems and how to deal with them, both magically and the old fashioned way. While she may have only memorized most elemental and material warping magic, her book is like a journal of all her accounted learnings, and it's a BIG book. Spells and creatures to astronomy and alien politics, Lyla's been around the block a couple of times, so she usually knows whats going down and how best to handle it.
People Person- For all her shrewd and outlandish behavior, Lyla's actually pretty social and likeable. Necessary in a business liker hers, where you need friends where ever you can get them. She understands tact and the politics of language, for all she values honesty she knows the value in half-truths and lies here and there. More often than not, even if you don't like her, you develop a begrudging respect for the old witch.
:bulletpurple: Weaknesses:
Old Lady- She's old. Sure, she can spring around like a jumping bean and she's magical, but she's old and brittle as fuck. Lyla can take a bruising here and there, but if anyone's evil enough to hit an old woman, she's probably not going to get back up right away.
Magic Fatigue- Magic is equal parts energy from life and energy from the user. Now that she's older, Lyla can't just pop off spell after spell like she used to. She relies more on materials and her spellbook, to avoid using too much energy through her walking stick, and she needs a breather now and again. Nowadays, though, Lyla's been using magic like she's 25 again, and who knows about the consequences...
:bulletyellow: Random:
-Her husband's name was Barry, and they were married for 22 years. (He took her last name, "Barry Barrows" XD)
-She has two kids, a son and a daughter, and one granddaughter **also named Lyla!**
-Her favorite color is purple
-Lyla's cardigan vest thing has dimensional-space-pockets that allow her to carry a shit-ton of stuff, such as her materials and her big ass book.
-Her book isn't so much sentient as it is artificially/magically intelligent. It can either be extremely helpful or annoyingly obtuse and unhelpful. Like a search engine with a moody personality.
-Lyla is absolutely terrified of reeeeeaally tiny dogs and clowns. If she sees either, she usually freezes completely or goes on a rampage.
:bulletpurple: Relationship with Partner: Victor is the dearest thing in her life; akin to a son now, although at times she still views him as the big brother she idolized, and the handsome protector she truly loved. Her only regret is that she'll be leaving him behind someday.
